Simatex specializes in an extensive range of polyester and nylon textile yarns, industrial yarns, recycled cotton blend yarns, polypropylene and nylon carpet yarns, resins, POY, staple fiber, RPET and by-products for recycling.

We source all over the world, and each manufacturer is vetted for top-quality material. In fact, Simatex audits and tests a wide variety of the items that come through its family-owned distribution center.

Textile Yarns

Simatex imports, stocks, and distributes a comprehensive range of the finest quality commodity and specialty yarns:

We are able to develop, stock and deliver the yarns best suited for any application. The piece-dyeable yarns are good for critical colors, and many of the physical properties are tested in-house to ensure that our yarns perform with optimum quality throughout all steps of the manufacturing process.

Industrial Yarns

Our high-tenacity yarns, such as nylon 6, polypropylene, and polyester, are ideal for manufacturing a wide variety of industrial fabrics and products, including ropes, cables, slings, geotextiles, netting and mooring lines. These yarns are available in a wide range of deniers and filament counts, and may be texturized, plied, processed or manufactured according to your requirements.

Cotton and Recycled Cotton Blends

Cotton and cotton blends utilizing either conventional or organic cotton, in conjunction with recycled cotton/poly and recycled cotton/acrylic, round out the many options available to you. The recycled cottons are Oeko-Tex and GRS certified.  A wide variety of stocked counts and colors are available, and custom blends, colors, counts, and plies can be developed.  Solid bleached, black, and ecru yarns are standard items as well.  Quality is closely controlled via vertical integration from raw materials to the finished product.

Resins

We offer virgin and near-prime nylon resin in the low, medium and high viscosity ranges, and we sell various recycled polymers that include depolymerized nylon resin and 100% FDA approved polyester (RPET) resin made from post-consumer bottles. In addition to these core offerings, we procure many different post-industrial waste products for recycling to include: nylon (PA), polypropylene (PP), and polyester (PET) feedstocks.

Carpet Yarns

With over 35 years of experience in carpet yarns, we have your Nylon, Polypropylene (PP), and Polyester (PET) bcf needs covered.  Custom packages are available that include twisting, heat-setting, space-dyeing, skein dyeing, air-entangling, and private labeling.
